Reimbursement of state duties and patent attorney service fees for registering intellectual property and trademarks for startups in Uzbekistan
Who can apply:
Legal entities registered in Uzbekistan.
Startups that applied through the startupbase.uz platform for the digital startup program and successfully passed the selection.
What expenses are covered:
State duties for registering rights to intellectual property objects.
Services of patent attorneys.
Review procedure:
Applications are reviewed by the Expert Commission within 15 business days.
If approved, the applicant will be notified via the platform or by email.
Funds are transferred to the applicant’s bank account within 10 banking days after signing the reimbursement agreement.
Reasons for rejection:
Incomplete or incorrect information.
Non-compliance with the regulations.
Missing mandatory information.
If errors are found, the application will be returned for correction with a notification sent via email. Corrections must be made in the personal account on the startupbase.uz platform, after which the application can be resubmitted.
