Both companies expressed interest in interacting with residents of the IT Park with foreign capital to further explore the market and prepare to enter it. They are also planning to participate in ICT Week in Tashkent and provide online consultations on registering a legal entity in Uzbekistan.
Support for entering the UK market
Paul Manning, Director of Innovation and Development at Outfly.io, expressed interest in launching joint accelerator programmes for startups seeking to scale in the UK. The meeting also discussed the possibility of providing advisory support to IT Park Uzbekistan in the development of the startup ecosystem and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding.

Leading organisers of international technology events - HICOOL (China), Dublin Tech Summit (Ireland), TechEx Events (UK), FinTech Armenia and Beyond Expo (Macau) - have expressed their willingness to provide IT Park with free stands and include Uzbek companies in their official programmes. Additionally, agreements were reached on their participation in ICT Week in Tashkent and joint marketing campaigns.
Marketing and consulting support

A dialogue was also established with UK and international educational organisations. Topics discussed included integrating AI solutions, combating academic fraud and entering diaspora markets.
